In-production inspection (DPI)

In-production inspection (DPI)

DPI inspections happens during the production process. When the goods are more than 20% finished, DPI can be conducted. Also we are able to check the production schedule and confirm that the products will be ready according to your shipment schedule.

By conducting DPI, we help ensure that the manufacturing process stays on track, that the quality meets expectations, and that the final product is delivered on time. This proactive approach reduces the risk of defects, ensures your specifications are met, and ultimately leads to a smoother, more efficient production cycle.
